Hi,

I am having very serious problem with the DSO in my school. He refused to sign my OPT and I have an offer pending. The problem is that I used my internship as a capstone for my last semester which is authorized by my school. I submitted every document required to my department. But somehow, there is a documentation mess up between my department and the OISS. The letter issued from my department to OISS got lost. So, the DSO did not recognize my internship. However, my internship is registered with school and it shows on my transcript. I was not notified any problem prior to my final application of OPT. After two weeks of my submission to OPT application at OISS in my school, I went there to ask for the status and the DSO told me that he would not sign my OPT because I worked without permission. He even refused to sign my travel document during the last semester. But, I did report my internship to school and got fully registered.

Please give me some advice.
