Volunteer; Teaching English in Ratchaburi, Thailand. Starting in November 2010.

If you love teaching English, and you would like to teach in Thailand
professionally, we can help.

We're starting a new teaching program! Teaching English to Thai
kids at government schools.

The aim of this project is to introduce foreign teachers to students who normally
don't get the chance to learn the English language with foreign teachers.

This program is perfect for people who are interested in developing their
teaching skills, and want to apply their own knowledge and
teaching methods to improving each student’s English.

We are mainly looking for young teaching graduates who have studied
or are still studying to be a teacher, and are interested in getting practical
experience in this field.

However, people with other post-secondary degrees are still very
welcome to apply. Many schools don’t require an education degree.
Volunteers are needed to work for 5 months or longer between:

1st Term- May to September
2nd Term- November to March

We prefer volunteers who can commit to work for at least 5 months.
It will also be possible to join the project after the beginning of the first term.

We do not charge volunteers to be a part of this project. On the contrary,
we provide accommodation, lunches, visa, internet, courses and much more.
In exchange, all you need to do is contribute 15 hours of teaching per week.

Volunteers will be staying in Ratchaburi town. Ratchaburi is a real Thai town
where foreigners are treated quite well. It is only 1 hour from Bangkok,
and 1 hour from the beach!

There is even plenty of time when you’re not teaching, to travel and
explore the beautiful places of Thailand.
