My name is Pablo Gómez. I am a Mexican Doctorate Student at the University of California in San Diego. I am enrolled in the Music Performance program. I have a full scholarship and a small job from UCSD. I would need a loan of 15,000 dollars to help me finish the doctoral degree. I don´t have any resident co-signer. What are the options that I have? I have a permanent job in Mexico and my family has many properties, and I can prove economic stability.
