We are carrying out a national search to find bright, engaging British students interested in taking part in a brand new documentary series for BBC 2. The series will follow recent school leavers to America as they embark into the unknown of the American University system. We want to document their new experiences and opinions for other UK students considering a similar opportunity.

This series we hope will encourage more students to apply to university, both in the States and the UK. The show will be informative and entertaining as we film the student’s different experiences during their first semester, however we will not in anyway disturb them from their studying or disrupt their university life or experience.

The students we are looking for are those going to America to study academic or sports scholarships, all who will be studying in the States for more than one year. Those wishing to apply must be attending or hoping to attend university in America for the 2008/9 academic year and be aged between 17 and 20 years old.

If you are interested and would like some more information please contact Sophie Hicks or Paul Shenkin on 0207 017 8755 or email us on studyusa@zigzag.uk.com with the following details about yourself –

• Your name
• Your age
• Your contact number
• The American University to which you have applied.
• Degree/scholarship you will be studying in America
• Please can you also include a PHOTO of yourself (under 300 KB).

Look forward to hearing from you!
