I am doing bachelor in Computer and Information System Engineering. And my field of interest is Web Development. I want to be a good web developer.I want good job in US so for that is it enough to have graduation degree or I have to proceed for Masters? If yes then tell me the related field ...

Anas,

That is a difficult question to answer as it totally depends on what a hiring company wants to see and this would depend on the job they are trying to fill.

I can tell you that in order to hire a non-US citizen on an H-1b work visa, an employer has to show that the internatioanl applicant is more qualified than any US applicants, so the more qualification you have, the better.
