Can an international student set-up their own business? I want to know what laws govern an international student establishing his/her own business. I do not want to run foul of immigration laws.
Thanks for all your help.

hey! no, u can't if it would be some firm or business equal to all real life businesses. U could start it if you do not own more than 49 percent of it. U can start someting on campus as a part of college, or a club that would do business.
